I relocated from NYC fifty one years ago. My husband and I moved to Orange county NY in 1974. We settled in Monroe/Woodbury and eventually started our family. Eight years ago I moved to Cornwall, another beautiful area in our county. I was a volunteer member of the MWCSD school board for 18 years. I was also a founding member of the first Special Education PTA (SEPTA) in Orange county. I have been a Real Estate Agent and then an  Associate Real Estate Broker for nearly 30 years.I am a consistent top producer and award winner for my entire career . I specialize in working with sellers to correctly price, market, and negotiate the best price and the best terms for my clients. I have successfully marketed and sold over 40 new construction subdivisions. I have also worked with clients in the field of land  acquisition. Relocation is also an important part of my business. I attribute my success to my outlook that the big picture is as important as the small details.
